The price is agreed on site, by both of you.

Cleaners and fundis for the properties you let — between guests, between tenants, or when something breaks. You post the job, they bid, and the figure only becomes real when you both confirm it standing in the same room.

Not published yet. The Play Store link goes live the day the listing does — it will 404 until then.

The rule the whole app is built on

Nothing binds until two people tap.

A budget is a guess. A bid is an opening offer. Neither is a price. The worker checks in at the property, looks at the actual job, and proposes a figure — and it only becomes the agreed price when you confirm it too.

Before · indicative
KES 2,500

Your estimate. What you thought it might cost when you posted the job. Workers bid against it. It binds nobody.

On site · proposed
KES 2,200

One tap. The worker has seen the job and proposes a figure. Still not a price — it is waiting on you.

Both tapped · agreed
KES 2,200

This one holds. Neither side can move it alone. Extra work needs a variation you both accept.

Where your money sits

We hold the parts money. We never hold the labour.

Two halves, deliberately. The part of the bill that needs protecting goes into a job wallet. The part that is simply the worker's wage goes straight to them, and we stay out of it.

Held in the job wallet

Parts, and our fee

Funded by M-Pesa when you approve the quote, so the worker buys parts against your money and not out of their own pocket. It is released when you sign the work off — and frozen the moment anyone raises a dispute.

Paid direct, client to worker

Labour

The wage goes from the client to the worker, by M-Pesa or cash, with no cut taken and nothing sitting in our account. Both sides confirm it in the app, because that log is the only record either of them has.

Why a stranger's price is worth trusting

Checked before they can bid.

ID seen, two referees called A person on our desk looks at the ID, matches the selfie and rings two previous clients. No worker bids on anything before that is logged.
Parts priced from a catalogue, not invented Spares come from named shops at a price we keep. Anything above it carries a written reason and a receipt, attached to the line you approve.
A dispute freezes the money Either side can raise one. The wallet locks, both accounts go on the record, and a person — not a rule — reads the photos, the quote lines and both stories before deciding.
Your address stays yours until you choose The exact address and the gate code are released only to the worker whose bid you accept, and not a moment before.

For fundis

Bid on work near you. Keep your whole wage.

Cleaning, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, gardening, pest control, locksmithing, WiFi and TV. The fee is charged to the client on top of your price — what you bid is what reaches you.

Android first. Kenya first.

Built for Kenyan phones and Kenyan money — KES and M-Pesa throughout, and light enough to work on a patchy connection.

The listing is not published yet, so this link does not resolve. It points at the real package id and will work unchanged once the app is live.
